It’s the people that make an organization, an event and a life great… and we have some amazing people working together to accomplish that.
“The boss drives people; the leader coaches them. The boss depends on authority; the leader on good will. The boss inspires fear; the leader inspires enthusiasm. The boss says “I”; The leader says “WE”. The boss fixes the blame for the breakdown; the leader fixes the breakdown. The boss says, “GO”; the leader says “LET’S GO!”
Our team lives by the motto, “Adapt & Overcome”. We follow a mentorship and leadership by example approach to empower every member of our organization to reach their full potential in every aspect of their life.
Brian has over 20 years of consulting experience behind him. With an accounting and marketing background, Brian’s ability to provide insightful and results orientated feedback have made him a “wanted” man.
To give of yourself… To share a little piece of yourself that shines in others… To share empathy, compassion, concern and true love… To inspire hope, courage, happiness and a sense of belonging… It is the gift of great music… It is why I do what I do and why I love the ID VIP Team. -another hiccup from the mind of The Happy Ho
