It’s the people that make an organization, an event and a life great… and we have some amazing people working together to accomplish that.
“The boss drives people; the leader coaches them. The boss depends on authority; the leader on good will. The boss inspires fear; the leader inspires enthusiasm. The boss says “I”; The leader says “WE”. The boss fixes the blame for the breakdown; the leader fixes the breakdown. The boss says, “GO”; the leader says “LET’S GO!”
Our team lives by the motto, “Adapt & Overcome”. We follow a mentorship and leadership by example approach to empower every member of our organization to reach their full potential in every aspect of their life.

Live & Acoustic Talent Coordinator
Karli grew up surrounded by music. Her parents were in an oldies/country band and as soon as she was old enough she was taking music lessons, starting with the piano and at 13 took up the guitar. It was not long until she and her twin sister, Candace, started writing music together forming what is now the band Drowning Ophelia. After high school, she went to Grant MacEwan and studied Jazz, Rock and Pop piano. Since then she has been working in the Edmonton music scene as a teacher and performer and is
now exited to help other artists as ID VIP Team’s new Live & Acoustic Talent Coordinator.

You need to be imaginative, pay attention to detail, have a good work ethic, have style, be a good listener, be creative and above all else – BE PATIENT! That’s why we believe Riley is a GREAT graphic designer and we are so happy to add him as the latest member of our team.
